Help with Assembling IKEA Furniture

I recently bought some IKEA furniture and need help assembling it. I don't have much experience with this kind of tasks and would really appreciate someone with more skill to give me a hand. It would be a couple of shelves and a table. The furniture is still in its original boxes.
